When worn, gives the Monster Magnetism Perk. That means aggressive monsters no longer attack you on sight (note the exceptions listed on the perk's page).

This cloak is only dropped by monsters (list incomplete):

• Troll
• Male Ogre
• Cyclops
• Fluffy Rabbit
• Feros
